Shipment Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or major holidays.
If your order experiences a significant shipping delay, we will contact you by email or telephone.
Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST) are scheduled to ship the following business day, subject to the processing window above. The cutoff is based on MST, rather than Ohio local time.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times below refer to transit time after your order ships and do not include order processing.

- *Shipments weighing more than 50 pounds do not qualify for free shipping.
- Delivery times are estimates. Carrier delays may occur.
- FedEx does not deliver to P.O. boxes. If a physical delivery address is not provided, shipment will be sent using USPS.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number or numbers.
Tracking information will be active within 24 hours of shipment.
International Shipping
We currently ship only within the United States. Shipping outside the U.S. is not available.
